I've been making cards for as long as I can remember, and for years people had been saying to me "Do you sell your cards?" or "Do you run classes?" And though I already had a busy job in the Construction Industry, I had been looking for a fun way that I could incorporate more cardmaking and stamping into my life.
I came across Stampin' Up! at Paperific in 2007, and without even attending a workshop or seeing any of the products in action, as soon as I flicked through the catalogue, I knew I was going to join the Stampin' Up! family!
I adore the Stampin' Up! products and colour families, I love how they make it easy for us with beautifully co-ordinated products, lots of training, samples and ideas, not to mention all the fabulous other demonstrators I have met, who have become just such good friends!
You're probably thinking, oh, but I could never do that . . . . well, we have such a huge support network with our friendly fellow demonstrators, and all the inspiration and support Stampin' Up! provides, it's a real pleasure to help new people start out on their crafty journey - people who have said "Oh, but I don't have a creative bone in my body!"
Just imagine how you'll feel spending time with your stamping friends, meeting new people, learning all sorts of amazing techniques, not to mention how you'll feel when someone exclaims, "Did YOU make that???"
